Urban and Community Forestry Committee Meeting

Please join us in Portsmouth, NH May 7-9 for our 2024 UCF Committee meeting.

Registration:

Register online by April 19. The registration fee is $400 and includes breakfast, lunch, and breaks on Tuesday; breakfast, a morning break, and lunch Wednesday; and breakfast and a morning break Thursday. A one-day registration is available for $170. If you encounter any problems with registration or payment, please contact Mandie Huerta at Mandie@NMSFA.org or (202) 631-0590. Please note that all who want to attend the meeting must register by the deadline.

Lodging:

A block of rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott has been reserved at a special rate of $125/night plus tax. Reservations can be made online here, select the dates of your stay and choose “Check availability.” The hotel prefers online reservations, but you can also call the hotel directly at 603-436-2121 and state that you are with the Northeast-Midwest State Foresters Alliance Meeting to receive the group rate.

Be sure to book your room by April 6 to get the discounted rate.

Transportation:

The hotel is 50 minutes from Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT) or just over an hour drive from the Logan International Airport (BOS). There are a few ways to get to the hotel: Rome2Rio or PortsmouthNH.com. Both provide ways to get you to Portsmouth, but be sure to reserve something ahead of time.
