Fall Meeting
We are excited to be returning to Grey Towers for the 2023 NMSFA fall meeting in Milford, PA November 7-9.

Registration:
Register online by October 20. The registration fee is $300 and includes Tuesday evening’s dinner, morning and afternoon breaks on Wednesday as well as lunch, and a morning break on Thursday. A one-day registration is available for $120. If you encounter any problems with registration or payment, please contact Mandie Huerta at Mandie@NMSFA.org or (202) 631-0590.
Since we’re not able to offer a buffet setup for Wednesday’s lunch, please look at the attached lunch menu and indicate your selection on the registration form. If you have questions, contact Mandie.
Lodging:
A block of rooms at the Hampton Inn at 122 Westfall Town Drive, Matamoras, PA has been reserved at a special rate of $98/night plus tax. The hotel is a 15-minute drive from Grey Towers National Historic Site in Milford, PA. Reservations can be made online here or by calling the hotel directly at 1-800-HILTONS and mentioning the Northeast-Midwest State Foresters Alliance group block at Hampton Inn Matamoras/Milford or the unique code NMS to receive your group rate. Be sure to book your room by October 7th to get the discounted rate.
The Hampton Inn provides breakfast for all guests. If you need a ride from the hotel to Grey Towers and vice versa, we can help with carpools as needed.
Transportation:
The closest airports to Grey Towers are Scranton/Wilkes-Barre International Airport in Avoca, PA (1-hour drive); Stewart International Airport in Newburgh, NY(1-hour drive); and Newark International Airport (1½-hour drive).
Note for those considering virtual attendance:
Please note that the internet connection at Grey Towers may not be ideal for connecting the meeting to virtual participants. Please consider attending in person if you’re able.
