NMSFA Summer Meeting

The DC Urban Forestry Division is excited to host the 2025 NMSFA summer meeting in Washington, DC June 23-26 at their offices at 250 M St. SE.  We’ll be staying just two blocks away at the Courtyard Washington Capitol Hill/Navy Yard. The Communications Committee will join us on Tuesday and for the field tour on Wednesday.

Registration:

Register online by June 6. The registration fee is $480 and includes Monday evening’s reception; breakfast, lunch, and breaks on Tuesday; breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Wednesday; and breakfast and a morning break on Thursday. A one-day registration is available for $195. If you encounter any problems with registration or payment, please contact Mandie Huerta at Mandie@NMSFA.org.

Lodging:

A block of rooms at the Courtyard Washington Capitol Hill/Navy Yard has been reserved at a special rate of $258/night plus tax. Reservations can be made by following this link or by calling the hotel directly at 202-479-0027 ext. 1.

Be sure to book your room by May 23 to get the discounted rate.

Transportation:

The hotel is a 15-minute drive from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). There are taxis and ride shares available in the area.  The Navy Yard Metro stop on the green line is 1 block from the hotel and meeting location.
