Forest Resource Planning Committee Meeting

Please join us in Ocean City, MD May 20-22 for our 2025 Forest Resource Planning Committee meeting.

Registration:

Register online by May 2. The registration fee is $350 and includes breakfast, lunch, and breaks on Tuesday and Thursday, and breakfast and lunch on Wednesday. A one-day registration is available for $140. If you encounter any problems with registration or payment, please contact Mandie Huerta at Mandie@NMSFA.org. Please note that all who want to attend the meeting must register by the deadline.

Lodging:

A block of rooms at The Residence Inn at Ocean City has been reserved for the group at a special rate of $115/night plus tax. Reservations can be made by following this link. Please be sure to adjust sleeping nights where needed. Note that the hotel allows one parking space per guest room; non-guests or extra vehicles are $15 per day.

Be sure to book your room no later than April 19 to get the discounted rate.

Transportation:

The hotel is a 35-minute drive from the Salisbury Regional Airport (SBY) or a 2.5-hour drive from the Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI).
