Forest Legacy Committee Meeting

Please join us in Windsor Locks, CT June 3-5 for our 2025 Forest Legacy Committee meeting.

Registration:

Register online by May 16. The registration fee is $580 and includes breakfast, lunch, and breaks on Tuesday and Thursday; and breakfast and lunch Wednesday. A one-day registration is available for $230. If you encounter any problems with registration or payment, please contact Mandie Huerta at Mandie@NMSFA.org. Please note that all who want to attend the meeting must register by the deadline.

Lodging:

A block of rooms at DoubleTree by Hilton Hartford Bradley Airport has been reserved for the group at a special rate of $138/night plus tax. Reservations can be made by following this link or by calling the hotel at 860-627-5171 and referencing that it is for the Northeast-Midwest State Foresters Alliance meeting. Please be sure to adjust sleeping nights where needed. Parking is free to all meeting attendees and guests.

Be sure to book your room no later than May 2 to get the discounted rate.

Transportation:

The hotel is a 10-minute drive from the Bradley International Airport (BDL). The hotel offers an airport shuttle. Call when you land to schedule a pick-up. The shuttle runs every 20-minutes, but only if they know they have passengers. Be sure to schedule a drop-off the morning of departure. There are also taxis and ride shares available in the area.
